We seek a Horticultural Centre Supervisor with experience from an independent horticultural establishment or a major retail group, or even from a related agricultural background, who can consistently deliver remarkable outcomes.
While formal horticultural qualifications are not mandatory, candidates with experience managing a horticultural department or a similar setting are encouraged to apply.
As the Horticultural Centre Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with your team to foster strong relationships and establish high standards within the centre.
Your responsibilities will encompass all key departments; we are looking for individuals with a background in horticultural centres, agricultural environments, farm shops, garden supplies, seasonal products, and related areas.
You will oversee all facets of the operation, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of your efforts while achieving outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and maintaining high visual merchandising standards
- Ensuring the environment is consistently attractive and inviting
- Managing team performance to achieve desired outcomes
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and operational standards
The ideal Horticultural Centre Supervisor will possess:
- A background in a horticultural centre or a similar environment
- A genuine passion for horticulture
