Job Title: C#.NET Developer

This role reports to the Development Manager and is based in Horsham, West Sussex.

Job Description: As a C#.NET Developer, you will be responsible for the full development cycle for product enhancements and extensions, funded work and support, building quality line-of-business applications within a larger framework. You will be heavily involved in the design of the features covering functional, technical, and UX aspects. The Summit system is a three-tier thin client system, supplied with Oracle or SQL server and in-house Desktop and Web clients. C++, C#, Java, and other web technologies including HTML5.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality C#.NET applications
  2. Design and implement features, including functional, technical, and UX aspects
  3. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment
  4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
Requirements:
  1. At least 3-5 years of experience in C#.NET development
  2. Experience of developing ERP, accounting, CRM, or other business management systems
  3. Proficient in XML/HTML/CSS with some exposure to responsive design
  4. Proficient in relational databases and schema design
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Desirable Skills:
  1. Construction software business process knowledge
  2. Experience of Oracle
Interview Process:
  1. Telephone interview with the Development Manager
  2. Video interview with the Systems Development Manager from the technical frameworks team
  3. Aptitude Test + Psychometric test
  4. F2F with the HM in the Horsham office
