Composite Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Composite Inspector to join our Quality team at Aston Martin F1 Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our composite manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect composite components for quality and accuracy
  • Develop and implement inspection programs using Polyworks Metrology Suite
  • Validate geometric data for jigs, patterns, moulds, and components
  • Communicate quality assurance reports to internal manufacturing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in composite manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of Polyworks Metrology Suite
  • Experience with Romer Arms and Laser Trackers
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and layup tables
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
