Work Environment
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to become part of our newly established supported living service. In this role, you will assist several adults diagnosed with Autism, Mental Health issues, and Learning Disabilities in achieving community living. You will receive all necessary training before engaging with the individuals we support, which will be conducted locally.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we serve. If you are passionate about making a difference, you will appreciate the balance of managerial responsibilities alongside direct support, all while advancing your own career through valuable experience and training.

### Key Responsibilities

Our service at St Barts is in need of individuals who are collaborative and can motivate others. The Senior Support Worker will collaborate with the management team to provide frontline support to Support Workers in their daily tasks, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and facilitating the induction of new staff. Responsibilities will include managing staff schedules, supervising team members, coaching staff, and ensuring quality support for those we assist.

**Candidates must possess prior experience in Support Work or Health Care and have the ability to drive.** The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

Training and Development Opportunities
