Foster a Positive and Inclusive EnvironmentCreate a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where each child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
Collaboration with the Nursery Teacher and StaffWork closely with the Nursery Teacher and other staff to monitor and assess the progress of children, providing feedback and support where needed.
Communication with Parents and CarersBuild strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
Maintenance of a Safe and Clean EnvironmentEnsure the nursery is a safe, clean, and welcoming space at all times.
Preparation of Learning Materials and ResourcesContribute to the preparation of learning materials and the organisation of resources to support the educational programs.
Essential Requirements- Relevant Qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent.
Experience Working with Young ChildrenExperience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting.
Passion for Working with ChildrenA genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) FrameworkKnowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
Previous Experience Working in a School EnvironmentPrevious experience working within a school environment to bring valuable insights and expertise to our team.
