YOUR NEW ROLE

  • Conduct comprehensive tender evaluations
  • Prepare competitive price submissions for tenders
  • Guide and support the estimating team
  • Perform take-offs from technical drawings
  • Understand contract specifications and requirements
  • Ensure accountability for all tender deliverables while adhering to deadlines
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations

ABOUT YOU

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Have a solid understanding of construction materials and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in the utility sector (essential)
  • Proven track record in bidding and securing projects (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in leading and mentoring team members
  • Proactive approach to challenges
  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Capable of meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Familiarity with BIM software
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
