Position Overview:
As a key member of the CHS Group, we are seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor with a focus on Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects. This role is pivotal in managing a significant project within our portfolio, ensuring that all financial aspects are meticulously handled.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Financial Management:**
- Develop and oversee project cash flow forecasts to ensure financial health.
- Measure, assess, and negotiate contract variations to maintain project integrity.

2. **Advisory Role:**
- Provide expert guidance to project teams on commercial and contractual issues, including the review and drafting of essential correspondence.

3. **Final Accounts Management:**
- Prepare, submit, and negotiate final accounts to ensure all financial obligations are met.

4. **Tender Evaluation:**
- Conduct commercial assessments of subcontractor tenders and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and compliance.

5. **Valuation Certification:**
- Certify monthly valuations and final accounts for subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

6. **Process Adherence:**
- Ensure compliance with business commercial processes at the project level to uphold standards.

7. **Budget Management:**
- Assist in the preparation and adherence to project purchasing targets and cost budgets.

Candidate Profile:
