About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team at Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying paint to various components and producing the required finish as per company manuals and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload to ensure business needs are met.
  • Apply aerospace sealing compounds to manufacturer specifications.
  • Mix paint compounds to manufacturer specifications.
  • Mask components for painting.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal management.
  • Operate spraying equipment and perform general maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in handheld spray equipment operation.
  • Previous experience in paint spraying for aircraft components.
  • Able to use polyurethane paints and epoxy primers.
  • Previous knowledge and experience with hand tools.
  • Good understanding of PPE and manual handling procedures.
