About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Chemist to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our GMP-certified facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and improve overall performance.
  • Document and report on production activities and outcomes, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Requirements
  • Degree in a life science subject, such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmacology.
  • Previous work experience in an ISO regulated or GMP/GLP environment, with a minimum of 1 month to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, with a driving license and own vehicle highly preferred due to shift times.
