Your responsibilities will encompass the training of **Material Handling Equipment (MHE)**, **Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)**, and **Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)**, along with conducting comprehensive site inductions for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training programs that meet professional standards.
  • Assess and document the progress of trainees.
  • Tailor training methods to accommodate individual learning styles.
  • Maintain up-to-date training qualifications.
  • Facilitate site inductions for new hires.
  • Provide training on manual handling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance of all training documentation.
  • Evaluate and refine training approaches as necessary.
  • Communicate training requirements effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Trainer in a logistics or warehouse setting.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Possession of MHE Licenses with a minimum of two years' operational experience.
  • RTITB Instructor/Examiner certification.
