Job Description

Viking Resources Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain overall project strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, end-users, and project team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or resource management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
