About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Tempest Jones Recruitment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management services for real estate construction projects in the south west region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring good communication and adherence to governance processes from pre-construction stages to completion and handover.
  • Drive exceptional delivery, health & safety, commercial, risk management, and quality performance on infrastructure projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  • Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques.
  • Monitor and advise upon project finances.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a consultancy or developer environment.
  • Positive proactive approach to the role.
  • Commitment to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
