About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will be part of the Clinical Administration Team at Change Grow Live, located in the Norfolk Office. Your responsibilities will include producing, recording, and distributing prescriptions to local pharmacies. Working with a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality support to Doctors, Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs), Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Recovery Workers. Your role will involve maintaining local data systems, generating prescriptions, and offering valuable advice and support to pharmacy colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process batch printing and posting of all prescriptions.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacies across the Norfolk area to ensure efficient prescription handling.
- Offer support to the Locality Project Administrators during times of sickness or annual leave.
- Handle service-wide building management issues, including ad-hoc requests.
- Provide practical assistance to the Senior Administrator, Project Administrators, Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Clinical Staff.
- Offer enhanced support and liaison for all Pharmacy-based workers.
Requirements:
- Curiosity, excellent listening skills, and a flexible approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Enjoyment in paperwork and data inputting, with a keen eye for detail.
