IT Service Delivery Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Service Delivery Engineer to join our in-house IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers across the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide IT Service Delivery support across the Group with a strong focus on end user device management.
- Offer full life cycle support of end user computing devices across HPG and on-site support of IT equipment as required.
- Work within a managed services environment, completing service support/delivery tasks that fall outside of our suppliers' responsibility or which require specific on-site assistance.
- ITIL V5 foundation (desirable)
- Significant experience in an IT support role
- Good understanding of IT Systems, including Microsoft Office 365
- Previous experience of using an MDM solution (desirable)
- Ability to use Excel
- Excellent customer services/stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and process-focused
- Team player, committed to achieving shared team goals
