Job Title: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by sourcing, generating, and building relationships with potential clients within the commercial real estate sector.
- Gain a deep understanding of CoStar Group's comprehensive suite of products and services to effectively tailor solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, establishing strong connections and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at both Head office and Regional offices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate favorable business terms with new and existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to effectively manage risks, track progress, and communicate results transparently.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of CoStar Group's offerings.
- Represent CoStar Group at industry events and conferences, actively networking with professionals and expanding our reach within the commercial real estate community.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Previous experience managing accounts within the commercial real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Consultative selling style combined with strong account management techniques.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build rapport with key decision-makers.
