We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial planners and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to our financial planners, including preparing and maintaining client files, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial plans, including data analysis and report writing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including responding to queries and providing updates on their financial plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
