About the Role:

The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in the success of our team at Ashfield MedComms, a leading medical communications agency. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for supervising a range of communications projects, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management: Lead on client-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Client liaison: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Scientific expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of therapy areas and products, supporting the development of compelling content.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver projects, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Business development: Contribute to the growth of the agency, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical communications or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
  • Strong scientific expertise, with a deep understanding of therapy areas and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
