About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SCSA Senior Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in managing information and cyber security in our company's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, Assess, and Mitigate Risks: You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and reducing risks to a manageable level within our supply chain.
  • Engage with Suppliers: You will engage with suppliers to identify, assess, and agree on security improvements to acceptable levels of risk.
  • Monitor Compliance: You will monitor on-going compliance of suppliers within defined schedules depending on the risk profile of the supplier.
  • Manage Security Risks: You will ensure supply chain security risks are monitored and measured effectively and raise concerns and interventions accordingly.
  • Drive Good Security Outcomes: You will manage Key Performance and Risk Indicators to drive good security outcomes.
  • Support Colleagues and Suppliers: You will support colleagues and suppliers with subject matter expertise and support relating to supplier assurance and supply chain security risks.
  • Lead Interviews: You will lead, plan, and conduct interviews with suppliers to enable transparency in key focus areas.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: You will have relevant experience in a supply chain security assurance related role.
  • IT Audit/Risk Management: You will have experience with IT audit/risk management, with examples of managing technology risk and IT compliance standards within an organization.
  • Information Security Principles: You will have knowledge of information security principles & best practices and experience in managing information security risk and controls in a regulatory environment.
  • Documentation: You will have knowledge of documenting processes and key controls in association with supplier and organizational processes.
  • Standards and Frameworks: You will have good level knowledge of standards and frameworks relating to information security risk management processes, frameworks, procedures, and business continuity (e.g. NIST, ISO, Privacy Laws).
  • Agile Environment: You will have experience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Supply Chain Security: You will have experience in the reduction of supply chain security risks to acceptable levels.
  • Supply Chain Assurance: You will have work experience in increasing supply chain security assurance penetration.
  • Supplier Information Security: You will have work experience in reduction of supplier information security Incidents.
  • Compliance: You will have knowledge of compliance status against regulations including data privacy and UNECE Regulation No cyber security and cyber security management system.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: You will have preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, ISO27001 lead auditor or CISSP.
  • Supplier Management: You will have experience of managing suppliers against and/or knowledge of requirements of UNECE Regulation No Cyber security and cyber security management system.
  • Information Security in Manufacturing: You will have knowledge and experience in managing information security in manufacturing and automation.
  • Information Security Auditing: You will have knowledge and experience in information security auditing techniques.
  • Global Business Experience: You will have global business experience.
