About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading group activities for children aged 3-14 during summer and school holiday weekdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead engaging games and activities for children
  • Assist with various activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and swimming
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of children under your care
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Group Leader and other team members
Requirements
  • 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with right to work ID
  • Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
  • Have initiative and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (training will be given)
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous camp experience
  • Qualifications in childcare (Level 2, 3, PGCE)
  • Paediatric first aid
