Job Title: Waiter/ Waitress, Hotel Du Vin

Job Summary:

Hotel Du Vin is seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/ Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/ Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
