The Role

As the Senior Kitchen Specialist, you will be an integral part of this elite culinary team, responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Sous Chef to uphold consistent 5-star service standards.
  • Showcasing expertise in specialized culinary techniques within your designated section.
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Monitoring portion control and minimizing waste.
  • Adapting and remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Taking initiative to resolve any issues or challenges during service.
  • Contributing to menu development and innovation under the guidance of senior kitchen personnel.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all food hygiene and health and safety regulations, including HACCP and COSHH.
