Lead Hydrogeologist

The successful applicant will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals, providing a platform to further develop their expertise in a nurturing environment.

The key responsibilities include:

• Assessing groundwater flow through analytical techniques
• Creating detailed technical documentation, along with strong communication and organizational abilities
• Employing water modeling software
• Interacting with regulatory agencies such as the Environment Agency and SEPA
• Adhering to project timelines and financial constraints
• Occasional travel within the UK and possibly internationally
• Building solid relationships with clients, team members, and regulatory bodies

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tackling complex Hydrogeological challenges and conducting both quantitative and qualitative evaluations to a high standard.

• A postgraduate degree in Hydrogeology or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultancy environment
• Familiarity with GIS software is a plus
• Professional accreditation is advantageous
• A valid driving license is required
