Job Overview:

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Real Estate and Corporate Services teams. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, collaborating with a dedicated team to meet their diverse needs. Key responsibilities include:


• Serving as the primary accounting contact for designated clients;

• Acting as a vital link between management and junior staff, ensuring high-quality work for your clients;

• Reviewing submissions prepared for senior management;

• Overseeing daily client operations and liaising with third parties, including investors;

• Partnering with corporate administrators to prepare periodic and regulatory reports for corporate entities;

• Providing technical guidance and coaching to junior accountants;

• Collaborating with management to plan and oversee the fund accounting workflow;

• Ensuring effective cash management and reviewing cash reconciliations;

• Managing bookkeeping and reporting for companies, funds, and related structures;

• Preparing management accounts and financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP or IFRS;

• Coordinating with tax advisors on compliance matters;

• Addressing client inquiries regarding tax planning in conjunction with external advisors; and

• Contributing to a team of qualified accountants to ensure timely reporting.

Your Qualifications:


• You are a fully or partially qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA);

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in funds accounting, corporate services, or auditing;

• You demonstrate ambition, energy, and commitment;

• You can thrive under pressure and meet various deadlines;

• You possess excellent communication skills;

• You are adaptable in utilizing various software and systems; and

• You exhibit team spirit, build strong client relationships, and take initiative when necessary.
