In this position, you will oversee the execution of multiple MEP headhouses, contributing significantly to the advancement of transportation systems. Collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Director, you will devise innovative Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Design and Installation strategies, ensuring adherence to project timelines, financial plans, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engineering strategies for the assigned project
  • Collaborate with subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
  • Assess design outputs and construction documentation

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as an MEP Project Coordinator or Building Services Manager
  • Proficient in managing change control processes
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Experience in rail infrastructure projects is advantageous
