About the Role

TENWAYS E-Bike is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in Scotland/North England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base in Scotland/North England
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including premium bike resellers and retailers
  • Sell e-bikes and related products to customers, achieving sales targets and gross margin goals
  • Manage sales operations, including order processing, sales administration, and training
  • Provide excellent commercial and after-sales service to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the TENWAYS brand and products
  • Provide business intelligence on competition, products, and activities to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time, including overnight stays
  • 10+ years' experience in selling similar products, preferably in the e-bike industry
  • Knowledge of sales, market research, and analysis
  • Highly organized, with strong people skills and superior interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate technological acumen and ability to quickly acclimate to new digital platforms
  • Detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills and a can-do mentality
