Clinical Pain Management Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Chronic Pain team at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The post holder will be an expert practitioner in Pain Management Nursing with a specialist knowledge in chronic pain.
The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Pain Management Multidisciplinary team and work autonomously.
This can also be a role for applicants at band level who are willing to undertake masters level qualifications.
Main Duties- The post holder will support the delivery of excellent patient care and experience.
- The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the development of clinical practice, research and standards of care within the Acute Pain Service.
- The post holder will organise and plan daily workload liaising with other clinicians to ensure continuity of care through clear communication of complex pain requirements.
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
