Head Veterinary Nurse - 4 Day Week + High Salary - South London

Are you a skilled and experienced veterinary nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse to join our team in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring that high standards of patient care are maintained.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the clinical director and practice manager to achieve practice goals and objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior nurses to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice's nursing strategy and business plan.
