About the Role
Marble Talent Group Ltd is collaborating with a reputable facilities management organization that has been operational for over three decades and specializes in GENT systems integration.
We are seeking a skilled fire safety systems engineer to enhance our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess GENT training or have a solid understanding of GENT systems. This role involves servicing and troubleshooting fire alarm systems along the M4 corridor.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service, breakdown, and repair tasks on fire alarm systems.
- Conduct site assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
- Test and maintain fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
- Work collaboratively with teams to provide effective fire safety solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to fire alarm systems.
- Participate in the out-of-hours callout rota.
- Commit to continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Fire Alarm Service Technician, Installation Technician, or Commissioning Engineer.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and be available for on-call duties.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
