Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic specialist SEMH School. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with challenging behaviour and children and young people with additional needs, including SEMH, ASC, and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with SEMH, ASC, and ADHD in a classroom setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
