Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve excellence in manufacturing and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Production Planning and Control
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all products meet our high quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to prevent defects and errors.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available when needed.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or operations management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and inventory management systems.
