**Role Overview**

As the Software team lead, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic and talented group of developers who work on cutting-edge software solutions for our world-class driver-in-the-loop simulators.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our simulators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and specify system interfaces, including hardware and software components.
  • Direct the use of modern software programming and integration methods to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
  • Travel to international customer installations to commission and service our systems.

**Requirements:**

  • A strong leader with experience in coordinating teams and communicating effectively.
  • Proven ability to work with complex systems composed of hardware and software sub-units.
  • A fast and critical thinker, motivated by finding solutions to problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
