Role Overview
As a Test Facility Technician at AD WARRIOR, your main responsibility will be to assist engineers and senior technicians in conducting dynamic, static, and life cycle tests for both the company and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Static, Dynamic, and Life Cycle test setups in line with established test protocols.
- Facilitate dynamic development and certification testing in accordance with client specifications and international standards.
- Configure high-speed cameras for test documentation as per client requirements.
- Establish computer-controlled data acquisition systems.
- Fabricate and maintain testing fixtures and equipment as required.
- Conduct development and certification static tests adhering to client and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the upkeep of the static test/life cycle area and associated equipment.
- Review and update existing risk assessments for the dynamic test facility.
- Assist in the maintenance of dynamic sleds in collaboration with engineers.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
Candidate Profile:
To support our ongoing growth, you will bring your technical expertise, a passion for innovation, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to operational excellence, along with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Completion of a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering apprenticeship.
- Prior experience as a Mechanical or Electrical technician/engineer.
- Proficient mechanical fitting skills.
- Electrical and electronic knowledge.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- HNC/HND in Engineering.
- Experience in a testing environment.
- Photography skills.
- Data collection experience.
- Familiarity with high-speed data and video capture.

- Proficient in IT.
- Able to follow written procedures meticulously.
