Job Title: Emotional Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emotional Health Practitioner to join our team at The Children's Society. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to children and young people who are struggling with mental health issues.

About the Role:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people who are struggling with mental health issues.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement effective support plans for our clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and support to our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality support to our clients.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in mental health and a passion for working with children and young people.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
  • You are a creative problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
