Godolphin Management Co Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated and motivated Trainee Gallops Groundskeeper to become a vital part of our specialized team. The successful applicant will embark on a structured training program, focusing on the Level 2 Sports Turf Operative Apprenticeship, which is designed to span approximately 18 months.

Under the guidance of the Gallops Manager, your primary duties will include:

• Preparation and upkeep of the eight and five furlong grass gallops.
• Maintenance of canter down, warm-up, and warm-down areas.
• Performing essential tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, and fertiliser application.
• Conducting general repairs and over-seeding of gallops.
• Opportunity to operate machinery including teleporters, tractors, and mini diggers.
• Responsible for the basic maintenance and servicing of sports turf equipment.
