Position Overview: In response to growing demand, we are seeking skilled Support Workers to engage in temporary agency roles (including Days, Nights, and Sleep-in shifts) within diverse learning disability and mental health facilities.
Service Areas: Our services extend to registered care homes and supported living environments, covering a wide geographical area.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Prior experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism is required.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviors and working independently is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts is necessary.
