Software Engineer - Python, AWS & Terraform

Are you a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Python and Cloud technologies looking to join a dynamic team that is transforming the healthcare industry? About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be working closely with key customers in the healthcare sector, including the NHS, to develop innovative solutions that are used in every setting, from GP surgeries and community care to high street pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and specialist R&D services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud infrastructure at scale using Python, SQL, and Terraform (or CloudFormation)
  • Work on Big Data applications and learn technologies such as PySpark, Airflow, Trino, and more
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a sophisticated data platform to help the NHS manage one of the richest healthcare datasets
  • Contribute to all aspects of the development lifecycle, from architecture and code reviews to testing and hands-on coding
