The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of corporate projects, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, commercial contracts, and company secretarial. You will work closely with clients across various corporate projects, providing guidance and supervision as needed. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, be a competent time manager, and have a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate re-organisations.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members on commercial contracts and company secretarial matters.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their corporate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
