About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Childrens Home Registered Manager to join our client in a leadership position. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in upholding the values and guidelines of a therapeutic community, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the home
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and young people
- Work closely with the therapeutic team to provide a supportive and nurturing environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic community principles and practices
