We are seeking a dedicated Registered Care Services Manager who is passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. This role is essential in leading our residential care service, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere with a vibrant team dedicated to assisting a diverse group of individuals.
The Registered Care Services Manager will collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of those we support, while also guiding a team to promote greater independence and positive outcomes in daily living.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the service, creating and executing personalized support plans, conducting assessments of care needs, recruiting and onboarding new staff, performing supervisions and appraisals, ensuring medication competencies and audits are completed, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, and conducting quarterly evaluations and reports. You will also manage the service's financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual obligations, including necessary notifications and adherence to policies and procedures. We are looking for a compassionate, dynamic leader who is committed to the care sector and dedicated to providing exceptional support.

We believe that the right experience and values are crucial for our Registered Care Services Manager. Therefore, candidates should possess prior experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management capacity, be prepared to undertake CQC registration, hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, and have experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
