We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join a leading technology firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various teams, including project management, product development, and engineering, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in supporting physical products and must be eligible for security clearance, having resided in the UK for at least five years. This position requires a commitment to working onsite throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to end-users

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product support
