We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bank Cleaner to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Bank Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our Retirement Communities Service at St Bartholomew's Court, Rye.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake general cleaning duties, including maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas, offices, and the kitchen
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Identify and report potential faults and hazards on site to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain stock levels, restock as required, and ensure equipment is used in line with guidance notes
- Assist with meal preparation and drinks, following food hygiene standards, and ensure the needs of our customers are met
- Respect and maintain customers' privacy and dignity
- Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is desirable
- Some experience of working in a domestic/catering environment
- Level 2 diploma in housekeeping/catering, or willingness to work towards
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- A general understanding of health and safety in the workplace
