Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing lettings agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to achieve sales and lettings targets.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate lettings agreements with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of properties from sales to lettings.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of lettings agreements, including rent payments and property inspections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing of properties to potential tenants.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lettings or sales within the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic salary between £19,000 to £20,000, depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses, car allowance and other financial incentives.
  • On-target earnings of £23,000 to £25,000.
  • 5 days per week, including Saturdays (with a day off during the week when working a Saturday).
  • Opening hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Friday and 8.30am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.
