Aged 21 and above: £12.01 per hour plus personal sales commission

Aged 20 and below: £10.69 per hour plus personal sales commission

What Makes a Job at Topps Tiles Unique?

As a valued member of our small team, you'll help our customers visualize their tiling projects, finding the perfect products to bring their vision to life.

Unlike other retail assistant jobs, you won't need to work late evenings, and you'll enjoy 3 days off over Christmas.

You'll earn commission on each sale you help make happen in store, and build long-standing relationships with our regular trade customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Use your creativity to inspire customers, helping them choose the right design and style choices.
  2. Gain product knowledge to provide valuable advice for trade and retail customers.
  3. Work collaboratively with your team to drive revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
