Role Responsibilities

In Adult Services, you will work within two teams focused on vulnerable adults and those with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing guidance and support to care staff in residential settings.
  • Assisting service users with learning disabilities across various care environments.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role, you must possess a degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification (CQSW/CSS/DipSW) and be registered with the relevant professional body. Additional training or postgraduate qualifications in related fields, experience with specific client groups, and flexibility in working hours to meet service user needs are highly desirable.
