Job Title: Complementary Therapist

University College London Hospital (UCLH) is seeking a skilled Complementary Therapist to join our team. As a Complementary Therapist, you will work with patients in a clinical setting, providing therapy and support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice complementary therapies in a clinical setting, working with patients to promote their well-being and health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of the complementary therapy service, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and experience in complementary therapies, including training in infection control and information governance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Complementary Therapist at UCLH, you will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. You will also be expected to adhere to the UCLH Values and Code of Conduct.
