Rotating Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Nights - 12 Hours
Job Summary:
Omega Leeds is seeking an experienced and motivated Nightshift Production Manager to join their team. As a global leader in FMCG manufacturing, our client's facility is currently expanding, and this role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage night shift production teams to achieve targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes, reducing waste and improving productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and control production costs, ensuring they align with company targets.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, driving business growth and excellence.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
