Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As an Accountant (Financial Operations), you will be responsible for providing support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Group Financial Controller, while also assisting the rest of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, development, and analysis of financial reporting, including group and subsidiary, statutory, and management accounts.
  • Maintain accounting systems, processes, and policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end closes and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Take the lead on the audit process, working closely with the Group Financial Controller, and provide analytical support to the finance department.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial operations, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting packages and spreadsheets.
