We are excited to be working with a national Construction business who are looking to grow their team with the addition of a Marketing Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive marketeer to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

Internal:

  • Develop and implement site-specific marketing materials, including brochures and supporting documents.
  • Create high-quality templates for external documents, such as planning strategies and marketing materials.
  • Refresh and update marketing materials, including brochures and website content.

External:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online and offline marketing strategy, including advertising and event planning.
  • Research and propose marketing opportunities, including events and membership organizations.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, including news pages and social media.
  • Liaise with corporate PR consultants to create a marketing strategy and manage social media presence.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activity and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and provide regular reporting on activity and costs.

Support the Planning Team:

  • Format local plan representations.
  • Coordinate public consultations events, including preparation and printing of materials, letter/leaflet drops, and presentations to external stakeholders.
  • Post positive planning news to relevant social media outlets.

Requirements:

  • Proactive marketeer with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the planning system and housing marketing is desirable but not essential.
  • Good writing skills and experience in producing collateral.
  • Experience of writing social media posts.
  • Experience using graphics packages.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
  • UK driving license.
