About the Role

As a Barista, you'll enjoy a competitive starting pay of £12.00-13.00 per hour, depending on the store location. Your day-to-day will be filled with the excitement of making coffee that provides uplifting moments for our customers. You'll work with sustainably sourced beans, velvety milk, and your signature smile to deliver an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting great coffee that hits the spot every time
  • Serving customers with a smile, ensuring they leave happy and excited about their next visit
  • Developing your knowledge of Costa products, from teas to frappes and seasonal ranges
  • Working with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store
  • Most importantly, having fun and learning, developing, and meeting great people
