KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism as they enter the store.

- Assist the Store Manager by relaying customer feedback and insights.
- Foster a retail atmosphere that is creative, distinctive, and welcoming to all shoppers.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and security protocols to minimize theft, as outlined in the Fred Perry loss prevention guidelines.
- Engage in proactive Loss Prevention by keeping the stockroom organized and following established procedures.
- Conduct daily stock checks to ensure all merchandise is well-stocked, properly labeled, and ready for customer access.
- Identify the unique needs of each customer through open-ended questions and enhance your product knowledge.
- Be knowledgeable about the returns policy and leverage it as a positive selling strategy.
- Commit to ongoing learning about the company, weekly updates, product lines, and the local retail landscape.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during phone interactions.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members.
